Bike First Aid - Beginers Mechanics Course

This Mechanics course, aimed at beginners or those who want to learn the essentials of bike maintenance, and roadside repairs. 
Cost: £60
Includes:
M-Check/ABC Check - how to check all major componants of your cycle are safe and roadworthy
Puncture Repair - wheel/tyre removal
Removal and re-fitting of brake blocks
Basic Gear adjustments
Preventative maintenance - cleaning and lubricating key componants.

Love your Bike - Intermediate Mechanics Course

Once you've started to learn why not take it to the next level with Love Your Bike, giving you the knowledge and mechanical skills to keep your bike running in good condition and saving you £££s on services and minor repairs.

Cost - £60 - Places limited
Includes: Lunch
Removal and fitting of Brake cables
Setting up of new brake callipers
Removal and fitting of Gear cables
Front deraileur adjustments
Wheel truing demonstration and practice
Gear Up Certificate

Participants are encouraged to attend "Bike 1st Aid" mechanics course prior to attending "Love your BIke".
